One of the easiest actions you can take to get lean and healthy is to avoid all processed food. Toxins, chemicals, sugars and rancid, hydrogenated oils found in such foods will make you fat, sick and depressed.

At the supermarket you only need to shop in the perimeter of the store. Your shopping trolley should be full of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, meat, organic butter, cold-pressed organic coconut oil and if you have it, organic, full fat dairy.
